Book Your Reiki Energy Session

1. Appointments

• All Reiki sessions must be booked in advance via the online booking system, directly through Stars & Rays, or via Treatwell.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.

3. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late for an in-person session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings.

• For remote Reiki sessions, the energy healing will take place as scheduled, even if you are unavailable at the start time.

4. Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer

• Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

• If you have any medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before booking a session.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

• All personal information shared during your session is kept strictly confidential and no digital records are kept.

• Stars & Rays respects your privacy and will not share your details with third parties.
